Mr. Maulvi Badruddin Haqqani, son of Mullah Qamaruddin, was born in 1387 AH (1968 CE) in a scholarly and jihadist family in the village of Badikhel, Lakno, Khost Province. He received his primary and elementary education in his village and homeland. Following the coup and invasion of the Soviets and communists in Afghanistan, he migrated to the neighboring country of Pakistan, where he studied in various religious schools and completed his higher education at the Religious Darul Uloom in Akora Khattak. In 1994, he graduated from the major course of the Prophet’s blessed hadiths and tied the turban of excellence in religious knowledge and graduation.
